Working for large companies and formulating all kinds of products has helped me a lot to understand how the human body works in general, and specifically in fat burning and muscle building.

Every body is different, that is true, but there hasn’t been a single one that has resisted my fat loss programs. People believe that losing fat means stopping eating and training more, and they are very mistaken. Fat loss should take its time, be enjoyable and manageable, and not result in any muscle loss.
